Questions Frequently Asked By Homeowners
Most importantly, we prevent homeowners from falling victim to door-knockers. Poor, inexperienced, and unlicensed crews come out of the woodwork during someone’s time of need; and most homeowners do not know how to identify these crooks. We come from an arboriculture background, so we know a professional when we see one. We know the arboriculture industry.
If you find a legitimate company nearby, it’s possible that they have not worked an insurance claim before, which means they do not know what your adjuster needs to get his or her job done, close the claim, and cover whatever costs (or services) your policy allows.
But here’s the best part: we have crews from our Member Network that are near you! We have vetted them and instructed them on what services need to be done in order to fulfill your claim.
We help homeowners and communities with their tree emergencies and/or tree claims. We ensure that the tree crew is properly equipped for the job and that services are done within your policy limits.
There is no need! During our first conversation, we will ask you to send us photos. We rely on the clear photos you send in, as well as the photos our Members will send, to communicate with our partner (your adjuster).
The best photos you can send us are: entire front of the house, the entire back of the house, location of the tree taken from a distance and from various angles, area of impact taken from a distance and up close, and damaged areas due to impact taken up close and from various angles. Typically, this results in approximately 10 photos.
You are welcome to, but it is not necessary. If you would like to be present, we ask that you ensure it is safe for you to do so and that you are not in the crew’s workspace – for your safety, and theirs.
It’s all done through our mobile app! In addition to being notified of our crew’s estimated time of arrival, you will also receive a notification when they arrive and when the job is complete.
You can submit it to us through our secure online form. Or, you can contact us at 844-999-9246.
Your insurance company (our partner) will pay Timber Warriors; they will pay only for the services (or costs) your policy allows. If you have any questions about your insurance policy or coverage, it is important that you speak with your adjuster.
