Letter to Our Customers, Members, and Business Partners During COVID-19

Amid the ongoing health concerns and precautions related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Timber Warriors has made the decision to transition the remainder of our employees to a remote workspace. Work-from-home preparations have been implemented and practiced in the past, and even more so in the last week.

We are confident that Timber Warriors will remain unaffected, still able to serve our customers with urgency, quality, and professionalism. At this time, Timber Warriors is continuing to provide our emergency service to the 49 states that we serve; none of the areas have implemented restrictions on our emergency response.

The one adjustment that Timber Warriors will make is to move its business hours from 24/7 to 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. (CST).

For our Members responding to tree emergencies, please continue taking the appropriate measures to ensure your crew’s health and safety. Please minimize any healthcare risk by taking steps to disinfect properly and exercising extreme caution.

We will continue to monitor all local, state, and federal guidelines carefully, as well as continue to make every effort to adhere to Timber Warriors’ mission and values. Notably, we will continue to serve our employees, customers, Timber Warriors Members, and partners with the utmost quality and care.
